Publicity Release - Consent to Use Comments, Likeness and Name:

Upon notification by Jobs for Cincinnati Graduates, users and participants of Jobs for Cincinnati Graduates services agree that Jobs for Cincinnati Graduates may utilize their first name, any comments they may provide, and potentially their likeness in advertising, promotions and testimonials about our services.  Each user and/or participant agrees that he/she is not entitled to receive any kind of payment or remuneration from Jobs for Cincinnati Graduates for such usage.  Each user and/or participant further waives any rights that he/she may have to inspect or approve of the finished product or the testimonials, advertising or promotion that may be used in connection therewith, or the use to which it is applied so long as such usage is not defamatory.  Each user and/or participant hereby releases and discharges any and all photographers, or others capturing his/her likeness, and his/her grantees, successors and assigns, and all persons acting under his/her permission or authority, from any and all liability by virtue of any blurring, damage, or distortion, or use in composite form, whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur, or be produced in the taking of pictures, or in any processing tending toward the completion of the finished product.  If any member and/or participant does not wish to have his or her name, comments and/or likeness utilized, then such person must affirmatively notify Jobs for Cincinnati Graduates of his/her desire that his or her name and/or likeness not be used.  Jobs for Cincinnati Graduates will provide an “opt out” provision in the Membership Profile form to allow users to “opt out” of the use of their name, comments and/or likeness.
