The program serves participants between 16-21 years of age who have previously dropped out of high school and want to pursue either a HS diploma or GED.  The program is customized to the individualized needs and abilities of the participants.  The three part focus of the program is secondary education attainment, immediate employment, and career planning and development.  Participants attend various local education programs including Life Skills Centers, Pace High School, ECOT (Electronic Classroom of Tomorrow), and Cincinnati Public/ABLE GED Programs.  The participants are encouraged to participate in monthly Professional Association meetings where they can enhance their job-getting, job-keeping, and job development skills.
