The program serves participants between 16-21 years of age who have previously dropped out of high school and want to pursue either a HS diploma or GED.  The program is customized to the individualized needs and abilities of the participants.  The three part focus of the program is secondary education attainment, immediate employment, and career planning and development.  Participants attend various local education programs including Gateway to Success, Lower Price Hill Community School, Oyler On-Line Plus, and other alternative programs on an individual basis.  The participants are encouraged to participate in monthly Professional Association meetings where they can enhance their job-getting, job-keeping, and job development skills through Leadership Development Career Exploration, Social, Civic Activites, and Community Service.
